Cho Seung-Hui, a Virginia Tech English major from South Korea, has just been identified as the shooter in yesterday's massacre at the Blacksburg, Va., campus. Virginia State Police also released ballistic evidence suggesting that the same gunman was likely responsible for both shootings on the campus, which took place about two hours apart.
