Mmmm, mmmm, not so good

See that lil' guy? Cute, right? Well, he'd be soup, if one member of the New Delhi city council got his wish. To combat the tens of thousands of stray dogs who roam New Delhi, city councilor Mohan Prashad Bharadwaj proposed shipping such pooches off to Korea so they could be used as soup meat. Luckily for the canines, the idea isn't likely to be implemented anytime soon.
