asap closing

Today is the first day I have ever visited this website. I learned about ASAP from a ABCNews segment saying that ASAP is closing its doors at the end of this month. Now that I have been exploring this website for awhile, I cant seem to figure out as too why it is being shut down. The news stories are good.

 

I have never seen ASAP advertised. I’m going to assume ASAP is being closed because of lack of traffic - and lack of advertising revenue. I don’t understand why you don’t advertise on college campus's or work with FaceBook or MySpace, or advertise on popular young adult television networks such as History Channel or Discovery Channel. I’m a college student at

Texas

State

University

and I am sorry to see the disbandment of what could have been an excellent media source for young adults – basically because of negligence on the part of the company’s lack of advertising directly to its target market.
