Please know that many Christians who believe in the inerrancy of the Bible also support the tested findings of mainstream science. The science/faith think tank, Reasons To Believe (www.reasons.org), features the work of legitimate scientists who offer a scientifically testable model for biblical creation. RTB scholars maintain that all models for origins should be subject to testing. There are more than two choices (or three, in the case of Francis Collins' theistic evolutionary view) for people who believe in the Scriptures. It's one thing to offer compelling quotes, sound bites, and artistic displays with definitive statements; it's quite another to back it up with the scientific method.
